Kevin Duska is the Founder and President of Prime Rogue Inc. Kevin completed his undergraduate studies at McGill University (BA Jt Honours First Class Political Science and BA Jt Honours First Class Sociology) and his graduate studies at the Ohio State University (MA Political Science; PhD ABD) - where he studied under Alexander Wendt, Ted Hopf, and Randy Schweller. Kevin is an expert in national security and intelligence topics. Some of his areas of sub-specialization include the politics of Canada, Eastern Europe, the European Union the Middle-East and North Africa, the United States as well Scandinavia. Kevin spent close to 10 years in the public service and another 5 in the private sector before founding Prime Rogue Inc in 2022. Kevin previously taught "Critical Security Studies," "The Ethics of Empire," "Introduction to International Relations," and "The Politics of the European Union" at The Ohio State University between 2009-2012. Kevin primarily focuses on freedom of information and privacy work, intelligence analysis, narrative warfare theory, strategic planning, backend development as well as corporate and not-for-profit consulting. He is also a crisis management and strategic communications expert. Kevin has recently entered the world of long-form investigative journalism, and focuses on government secrecy, transparency, and national security affairs. His first book, "Echo State," generously supported by Calgary Arts Development, will be published in the Autumn of 2026. Kevin volunteers for dog-related causes, and is an experienced K9 handler focused on schutzhund, search-and-rescue. His dog-related work only makes use of positive reinforcement training. He is the proud owner/friend of K9 Wilco, and of the late K9 Rogue after whom Prime Rogue Inc is named.
