Kevin is a strategic communications expert and intelligence professional who helps organizations navigate complex reputational and competitive challenges. He earned a Joint Honours First Class degree in Political Science & Sociology from McGill University in 2007, followed by doctoral studies at The Ohio State University under distinguished faculty including Alex Wendt, Randy Schweller, and Theodore Hopf. This academic foundation gave him a unique perspective on security and strategic thinking that bridges theoretical frameworks with practical application.

He is particularly passionate about reforming Canada’s Access to Information and Privacy Act (ATIPA), working to strengthen public access to government information and improve institutional transparency. Kevin is passionate about animal welfare and actively supports dog rescue organizations. Having been diagnosed with ADHD at 39, he also advocates for greater awareness of adult ADHD diagnosis, particularly among high-achieving professionals who may have gone undiagnosed for years.
